As a smaller facility, we take pride in knowing that each load is processed, packed and shipped with a strict adherence to stellar food processing practices. We process in accordance with GFSI regulations and Primus GFS 3.2 certification following HAACP and GMP practices. Our walnuts are certified by the Dried Fruit Association (DFA) as meeting U.S. No 1 specification.
